You don't need to be a client to refer someone.

Bryam reaches out personally, and they get the same free, itemized estimate every client gets.

You get your fee
Once their project is completed and paid in full, we send your fee by Zelle — or apply it to their project if you chose to.
Our referral agreement, in plain English
No legalese. This is the deal between you and BBS Renovations — you sign it once, when you set up your profile.

You send them, we take care of them
You introduce people who are planning a project and agreed to hear from us. We reach out, give them a free estimate and treat them like any other client.

Who counts
The person you refer must be new to BBS Renovations (not a current client or already in touch with us) and live outside your household. Anyone can refer — you don't need to be a client.

Your fee
Each referral fee depends on the project. We'll confirm the amount in your profile once their project is booked.

When it's earned
Once the referred client's project is completed and paid in full. Until then it shows as pending in your profile.

How you get paid
We send your fee to the Zelle email or phone number in your profile.

Or pay it forward
Prefer to pass it on? Choose "Toward their estimate" and we'll apply your fee to your friend's project instead.

One fee per new client
If more than one person refers the same client, the first referral we receive counts.

Playing fair
Referrals must be real people with real projects who agreed to be contacted. We may decline a referral that doesn't fit these terms, and we'll tell you why.

Changes
BBS Renovations may update or end this program at any time. Referrals received before a change keep the terms they were sent under. You can stop referring whenever you like.
